Ben and Dar decided to try out the other dishes at Espressoup while on their way to school and hence we are back again!
This time round, Dar insisted on trying another of their soup creations - the Seafood Bisque ($7.50). This is only available for 3 months, so you may wanna try it while its still on the menu! As Dar did not particularly like the farmer’s bread, we decided to order the soup without the add-on.

The soup was thick and flavourful and topped with chunks of crab meat which makes it very value for money. However we found it extremely salty and we think it would be better if eaten with the bread bowl.
As part of the set (add-on $6), we chose a Florida’s Orange Juice to go along and the “I-M” Carbonara which is actually vegan bacon in Espressoup’s special tofu cream sauce.

The vegan bacon bits didn’t have much taste, but the tofu cream sauce was light and tasted quite similar to the usual carbonara sauce! The pasta wasn’t too jelat!
We feel that we would stick to our previous combination of Mogu Mogu Soup and Prawn Quesadilla should we visit Espressoup again!
